The wines of the ELIVO ZERO ZERO RANGE are elaborated by means of traditional techniques of grape selection, vinification and maturation in barrels or by maceration with lees.

Once the optimum point of the wine is reached, a careful dealcoholization is carried out, combining methods of evaporation, membrane separation and cryogenization until separation is achieved exclusively from ethanol.

In this way, the best dealcoholized wine is obtained, with all the components of the match wine, except ethanol.
